On the other hand, the HardHeaded Mindset Movement is an online course that offers over 50+ lessons on how to conquer your mind, find purpose, and transform your mentality. One focuses on transforming your mind while the other focuses on transforming your body.

Our 3 tier framework that allows you to choose the tier that best fits your fitness level and specific needs, and our affordable, flexible pricing plans are what separates us from the pack when it comes to online personal training. Our 3 tier framework allows our customers to choose a tier and payment plan that best fits their fitness level and budget. There’s nobody out there that we’ve came across that is offering even something similar to this. Our mission with the HardHeaded Lifting Club app is to make real fitness training accessible and affordable to all, offering a seamless online training experience that adapts to your schedule and location, allowing you to unlock your best self on your terms.

All of our workouts in the Bronze and Silver Tiers will require basic gym equipment and weights. The only reason our Gold Tier doesn’t require basic gym equipment and weights is because the workouts we create at that tier level are completely customizable, giving our clients at that tier level an option to choose how they want their workouts to be. Some of our members are able to complete the workouts with just barbells and dumbbells, but it truly depends on how comfortable you are with finding alternative movements that hit the same muscles that we are targeting with each exercise. A more advance individual who understands the body very well could probably do this, but it is not 100% advised. We highly recommend that our clients do have a gym membership at every tier level we offer. This is so you can get the most out of our app while maximizing your progress.

We only offer Traditional (weight lifting/ resistance) Style Training, because we believe it is the best form of of all around training for gaining muscle and losing fat. Traditional Style Training incorporates free weights and machines to isolate and work specific muscle groups. It allows you to focus and target every area of the body over the course of a week. We believe it is the best all around form of training for overall health and aesthetics of the body. That’s why we workout anyways, isn’t it? We want to be healthier and more fit, while looking great and feeling amazing.

If this is the case, then our app may not be the best fit for you, our expertise is in Traditional Style Training, and we believe it is the best form of physical training for overall health and aesthetics of the body. This style of training involves a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility work. 

Cardiovascular exercise helps improve your heart health, endurance, and can aid in burning calories for weight management. Activities like brisk walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming are great options. 

Strength training allows you to build muscle and not only improves your strength but also enhances your metabolism and helps sculpt your body. Incorporating resistance training exercises like weightlifting or body weight exercises is key, in our eyes. 

Flexibility and mobility exercises are another form of training that we like to incorporate a little, as well. Being flexible helps improve your range of motion, reduce the risk of injuries, and contribute to an overall balanced physique.

Our workouts are flexible and can be used by anybody at any fitness level. The reason being for this is because the only difference between a newbie and a veteran, is simply the amount of weight and reps they can perform while doing a specific exercise.
